Guy Baldwin, M.S.
Los Angeles-based psychotherapist, author and activist, Guy Baldwin, has worked professionally with erotically uncommon clients for the last 25 years. He has also traveled the US and Canada extensively to present a wide array of workshops and seminars to BDSM audiences and health-care professionals alike.
Baldwin has delivered keynote addresses for the International Leather Leadership Conference, the International Masters and slaves weekend, the Living in Leather convention of the National Leather Association, South Plains Leatherfest, the Austin Bash, and the Dominion Gathering, to name only a few.
Although the list of his published work is a long one, he is perhaps best known for his essays in DRUMMER magazine, many of which can be found in his 1993 book, TIES THAT BIND. His most recent book, SlaveCraft, now in its fourth printing, has offered us a view into the inner dynamics of erotic servitude that has been compelling and controversial
In 1989, judges chose Guy to serve as the 11 th International Mr. Leather, and the second Mr. National Leather Association concurrently.
Baldwin was awarded both the Pantheon and Dominion Lifetime Achievement Awards and in 2004, he was inducted into the Society of Janus Hall of Fame. In 2000, the Leather Archives and Museum honored him as a Centurion, his most cherished accolade.
